At Flame Tree we are always evolving and looking for new ways to be innovative. We have a number of key initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint and will continue to work with the University of Auckland towards a more sustainable future.
Currently we have three goals:
Minimise waste across the business
Develop menus that support local growers and suppliers and use fresh, whole foods that celebrate quality produce
Highlight to our customer-base how they can be sustainable with their purchasing and catering habits
